  3 Zarvans'ka St.
 It is 
  brick, on the stone foundation, two-storeyed, with basement, plastered. It is 
  situated on the relief. In its plan it is close to the square, it has a rounded 
  north-eastern corner, round ledge on the north-western corner. The inter-storey 
  overhead covers are flat, in the basement they are vaulted. The planning is 
  sectional. The main, western front is decorated with rustic along the first 
  floor. The central part of the front on the first floor is decorated with pilasters. 
  The crowning cornice is made from the circle bricks on the main front of which 
  there is a decorative stucco moulding. In the center of the western front there 
  are atticks. Windows of the first floor are with rounded upper corners, the 
  rustication above them simulates the laying of the straight archs. Windows of 
  the second floor are with a semicircular straight arch, it is close to the square. 
  The roof is pyramidal on its wooden frameworks, above the corner round ledge 
  there is a dome. The roof is iron.
  The monument is a typical construction of the epoch of the industrial rise, 
  it is realized in the Eclectic style.
