Brewery, 1872. Preservation Number #1664 | Foto
  5-7 Rus'ka St.
 It is
the first brewery in the town. Its two first buildings (the northern part of
the present main building) are brick and on the stone foundation, they are right-angled
in their plan, three-stroyed with basements. On the south side the fence sided
with them. In 1880, to the south-western corner of the second building new brick
on the stone foundation, two-stroyed with basements building was built on, where
there were the warehouse and cellar. In 1888, the stone semi-basement ice-house
was built, in 1890 - the stone covered with iron roof building for the warehouse
and drying was built. At the end of the XIX - beginning of the XX century, to
the western front of the warehouse the stone two-stroyed dwelling house was
built on. In 1923, in the main building of the brewery there were the following
divisions: boiling, siccative, granary and malt-house, teeming, fermenting with
a basement, ice-house and warehouse. There were the household outhouses (shed,
shed) and dwelling houses in the territory of the brewery. Afterwards, from
the southern and western side new manufacturing building (the last is brick,
two-stroyed building was build in 1978) were built on to the main building.
Today, the main building is covered with a span roof. On the eastern and norhern
fronts on the old and on the part of the main building the elements of the original
  decor have remained.
The monument is the example of the industrial architecture of the epoch of the
industrial rise. It is a typical example of the industrial building with minimum
  of architectural decor.
