The building consists of two medieval buildings, which were located on the adjoining sections. The borders of the sections were fixed in the XIV century by the bordering wall, their dimensions were 9.8x59 and 11.6x59 m (the corner section). In the XIV- XV centuries, new stone buildings with hallways appeared on the sections. The dimensions of building on average were 6(7)x8(10) m. The architecture was defined by the rythmical articulation of the main front with archs of the hallways on the massive stone poles and high shingle roofs. The ground floor consisted of the vaulted dwelling room with dimensions about 4(5)x6(8) m, on the first floor there was a mansard room. The buildings had two tiers of basements. Their length in depth of the sections was more than 20 m, the width was equal to the width of the sections. On the ground floor the through hallway appeared, along which there were three-four rooms on each side. The rooms of the commercial-handicraft function were in front part of the building, which faced the square, the dwelling rooms were backside. The vaulted hallways and mansard storeys remained right up to the XVII- XVIII centuries.

The basement is covered with the torispherical vaults with strikings, in the places of repairs the coverings are made of ribbed concrete slabs, on the first and second floors the coverings are flat concrete also on the wooden beams. In plan the building is divided in longitudinal direction by the bordering wall. On the ground floor of the corner building the piece of the medieval hallway has remained, it was located backside of the section. The basement defines the structure of the XVII century. The building is plastered outside. The front flatnesses of the first and second floors are divided by the vertical partitions, and they are made in plastering. The ground floor in the western and eastern fronts is decorated "as rustic". The apertures of the first floor are framed with plastering liners, the parts under the windows are decorated with panels. On the first and second floors there are balconies on the figured reinforced holders. The crowning cornice is profiled. In the south-eastern lodgement of the basement, that faces the square, the white-stone carved portal has remained. Its poles and architectural block are profiled and decorated with the ornament in the form of the flute.
